Monaco is a show devoted to the luxury lifestyle. And from September 22 to 25 it is a little more so, with the celebration of the Monaco Yacht Show, the largest event in high-end sailing.
As every year, the Monaco Yacht Show exhibits the most exclusive superyachts in the world, a show devoted to the universe of luxury yachts on the docks of Port Hercule. This year brings together nearly 300 exhibitors and a magnificent fleet of 80 superyachts and megayachts on display from 22 to 95 meters, of which 32 are world premieres, including a luxury catamaran and five sailboats, exhibited in the new ‘Sailing Yacht Area , ‘on the Quai l’Hirondelle.
Four novelties of more than 70 meters stand out: Tatiana, from Bilgin Yatchs, 80 meters, the first installment of a series of three superyachts under construction within the audacious line that characterizes the Turkish manufacturer and its ambitious commitment to join the group of shipyards elite of the world. Rossinavi’s Polaris, the 70.2 meter exploration superyacht, the largest built by the Italian shipyard.
Kismet, the award-winning megayacht of the Lürssen shipyard, designed by Espen Oeino (exterior) and Reymond Langton (interior), the largest model presented in this edition, with its 95 meters, and that will be exhibited by the American yacht broker Moran Yacht & Ship, with a sale price of 169 million euros. On September 21, the day before the opening, the Monaco Yacht Summit will be held at the Yacht Club of Monaco. This ‘Monaco Yacht Summit’, the main forum on the industry, is dedicated exclusively to yacht owners and participants with an ongoing or upcoming yacht project in the field of buying, renting and building.
In it, a panel of experts in the fields of shipbuilding, design, management, rental and purchase of yachts will be made available to clients to advise them in the purchase process. Among the experts, the most prominent figures from all industry sectors, companies linked to navigation and luxury, shipyards, superyacht builders and designers, yacht brokers, tenders and equipment, with the presence of luxury brands.
